As always, life is busy. I went to Time Out For Women in San Antonio with some friends from my ward and it was so much fun. We stayed overnight in the Marriott on the Riverwalk and we stayed up late and felt young again! The conference itself was awesome and very inspiring. I'm so glad we went.
I had to take my recertifying board exam this week. It was an intense 6 hour test and I won't find out if I passed for 2 weeks. Very stressful! This determines whether I can keep my license to practice medicine, so let's all keep our fingers crossed and pray that I passed. Last Saturday while I sat in the park and studied, K took the kids to the zoo.

Big C took about 15 pictures of the snakes and lizards and no pictures of anything else. I guess these were his favorite
Little C loves babies, I don't think she realizes that she still is one!
In other news, we bought a house and close on June 3, more to come about that in future posts. And we found out that President Obama has cut the grant out of the federal budget that funds K's program at work, so come Aug/Sept, K may be out of a job!!! Yikes. Not very good timing but so goes the economy these days. What happened to the days when working for the state was a very stable job?!! Apparently they are long gone.

Wow that's great news about the house! I just bought a condo out by your parents. Well kind of it's3980 South 855 East. It scared me to death. But I knew if the Lord wanted me in this home everything would workout. I also know for a fact that the Lords hand was in this every step of the way. It will all work out.
